Required Skills:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a specialized respiratory therapy role
Valid RRT certification from the NBRC
AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

Additional certifications or training in advanced respiratory procedures
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Bilingual language skills
Previous experience in high-acuity environments such as ICU or ER

Preferred Education and Experience:

Associate's degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy, Respiratory Care, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, preferably within the specialty area

Other Requirements:

Ability to work scheduled hours from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with varied shifts, including every other weekend rotation
Willingness to travel or relocate as needed
Valid licensure and current certifications
Ability to pass background checks and compliance screenings
