Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapist Physical Therapists for contract assignments at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Lawrence, Massachusetts.

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Massachusetts
American Heart Association BLS
At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
Prior experience in an SNF preferred

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

$2,360 - $2,579 per week*
13-week contract with possibility of extension
Skilled Nursing Facility
Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
