We are seeking dedicated and passionate Physical Therapists to provide exceptional patient care at our critical access hospital. Required Skills:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Kansas
- Proven experience in outpatient and inpatient therapy settings
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop personalized treatment plans
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system is a plus
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with aquatic therapy and multi-disciplinary treatment approaches
- Additional certifications in specialty areas (e.g., aquatic therapy, orthopedics)
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a similar setting
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (40 hours/week)
- Willingness to work in a rural setting with a small inpatient census (3-4 patients) and outpatient volume (6 patients/day)
- Eligible to work with Cerner EMR and coordinate care accordingly
- Experience with or willingness to learn about the local transportation options for patient visits (free scheduled transportation available)
Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $73.70
