Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatrics (Days) – Perm Placement Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing specialized occupational therapy services to pediatric patients, primarily aged 0-3 years, within the Infant Child Development (ICD) program. The OT will evaluate, plan, and implement personalized therapy plans to support children demonstrating delays or deficits in activities of daily living, play, neuromuscular, sensory-intergrative, cognitive, or psychosocial skills.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients to identify developmental delays or deficits.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluation and patient-specific needs.
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions aimed at improving functional independence and developmental outcomes.
- Document all assessments, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharge plans accurately and timely.
- Educate and collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide consultation to other healthcare professionals regarding patient progress and therapy strategies.
- Participate in discharge and transition planning to promote ongoing developmental progress post-therapy.
Qualifications and Certification Requirements: - Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Kansas.
- Current CPR and BLS certification.
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred but not mandatory; strong candidates with pediatric interest are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive hourly rate ranging from $36.60 to $45.00, commensurate with education and experience.
