5x8 days or 4x10 days, Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm with flexible start time
Average daily census of 26 patients
Home health setting
40 guaranteed hours per week
EMR: Epic preferred, HCHB proficiency preferred
COPD, CHF, orthopedic procedures including joint replacements, neuro
1 year home health experience required, OASIS experience needed
13 or 26 week assignment options
We provide complimentary housing and travel
We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
We provide first-day medical insurance and 401(K)

From $1820.00 to $3000.00 weekly
Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
