Compensation & Benefits:

- Annual Salary: $54,000 $82,000, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
Degree:
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
Certifications:
- RRT or CRT certification from the NBRC required.
Licensure:
- Iowa Respiratory Care Practitioner License (or eligibility) required.
Skillset:
- Skilled in managing acute and chronic respiratory conditions across inpatient and emergency settings.
- Proficiency in ventilator management, oxygen therapy, and respiratory assessments.
Experience:
- Prior hospital experience preferred; open to new graduates with strong clinical skills.
