Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: 4/27/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2609.00 - $2688.00

Physical Therapists are responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy treatment, formulation of a treatment plan and goals, and administration of the physical therapy treatments.They will be active in inpatient and outpatient services, interacting with all hospital departments and medical staff.Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy and a licensed Physical Therapist in the State of California.American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification required.Ability to work effectively with patients, peers, physicians, and ancillary departments.Minimum of one year PT experience preferred.

Licenses: PT-CA
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy Needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year

Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one year PT experience preferred.
