What You’ll Need:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in good standing
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
Nice to Have:
- Experience with outpatient or outpatient orthopedic settings
- Familiarity with evaluations in IP/SWB
- Prior experience with outpatient caseload management
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred)
- At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience
- Previous experience working in diverse clinical settings is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work 8 or 10-hour shifts, with options for 4- or 5-day schedules
- Willingness to provide rotating weekend coverage (1-2 weekends/month)
- Ability to start ASAP and commit to an 8-13 week contract
- Willingness to work in outpatient clinics with evaluations primarily in inpatient/SWB settings
