You may collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and assist with discharge planning by recommending home exercise programs and assistive equipment.Required qualifications include a current Occupational Therapist license, strong communication and assessment skills, and experience in developing and implementing treatment plans. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is beneficial.
