We are partnering with a well-respected School District in Vero Beach, Florida that is looking for a highly-motivated and passionate Speech Therapist (SLP) for a contract position. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment and work in a fast paced setting. The client is seeking a candidate available for full time hours. They would prefer someone with previous School, Early Childhood, or Pediatric Experience. The schedule will be 7.5 Hour Days Monday through Friday. This is an immediate need and the client is actively interviewing. Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School, TeletherapySpeech/Language Pathologist, School
'Masters or Doctoral Degree in School Psychology
State Certification and / or Licensure is Required to Start the Assignment
Preferred Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members. Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state Regulations.
