Required Skills:
- Valid California Respiratory Therapist license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (PALS preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in neonatal care, delivery rooms, cesarean births, and neonates
- Strong background in Critical Access Hospitals (CAH)
- Proficiency with CPSI EMR and Perigen OB EMR systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in neonatal intensive care units (NICU)
- Familiarity with hospital call procedures
- Additional certifications or specialized training in neonatal or respiratory therapy
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Prior experience in obstetric/neonatal settings preferred
Other Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Kansas (KS) license at the time of employment
- Ability to work on-site at designated facility
- Local travelers accepted at the same rate
- Must be able to start on June 1, 2026
- Must adhere to dress code (any color scrubs)
- Availability to participate in call rotation (weekends and nights)
- No charge differential applies
