How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Lead the delivery of compassionate, direct nursing care by following evidence-based protocols to ensure every patient receives safe and exceptional treatment.
- Advocate for patient wellness by continuously monitoring conditions and communicating vital updates to the care team, ensuring no detail in their recovery is overlooked.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care as the central point of contact between physicians and specialists, creating a seamless and unified healing environment.
- Drive successful patient transitions by proactively managing discharge planning, ensuring patients and their families are empowered and prepared for the next stage of their journey.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
