Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant – Hand Therapy (Per Diem)
Location: 1499 6th Street NW, Winter Haven, FL 33881
Schedule: As needed, Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $30/hr
Select Physical Therapy in Winter Haven is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide per diem coverage in our established hand therapy program. Candidates should have at least one year of recent hand therapy experience or completed fieldwork in hand therapy.
In this role, you will treat a wide range of upper extremity conditions, including tendon injuries, postâoperative fractures, sprains, and other orthopedic diagnoses. You will work within a supportive outpatient team, alongside experienced hand therapists and regional CHTs who collaborate on education, best practices, and schedule support.
Our clinics offer comprehensive resources for postâsurgical and nonâoperative care, with strong referral relationships with local hand and orthopedic surgeons.
