Make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-8 students by providing speech and language services in a supportive educational environment. This contract opportunity is designed for passionate, motivated Speech-Language Pathologists who are looking to expand their impact for the 2026/2027 school year. Work full time, closely collaborating with school faculty and families to build brighter futures.

Your expertise as an SLP-CCC or an SLP-CFY will prove invaluable as you manage a caseload of up to 61 students, with primary responsibility for delivering a tailored service plan that supports communication development and academic success. This position offers a total of 375 hours across the school year, allowing for focused, student-centered support.

Qualifications and Experience:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
ASHA CCCs or clinical fellows (CFY) welcome to apply
Experience working with school-aged children (K–8) highly preferred
Solid understanding of IEPs and IDEA compliance
Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, staff, and families
Familiarity with a variety of assessment tools and therapy strategies

What You’ll Do:

Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and consult with educational teams
Provide direct therapy individually and in small groups
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
