Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Mountain Home, AR start mid-January 12, 2026, offering a 13-week (or longer....) assignment in a skilled nursing environment.You will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with 8-hour day shifts. Patient scheduling is managed by the healthcare provider. Responsibilities include assessing and treating adult patients to improve mobility and independence, developing individualized care plans, providing therapeutic exercises, educating patients and families, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Documentation of progress and outcomes is required. Mountain Home, AR is surrounded by the scenic Ozark Mountains and offers access to crystal-clear lakes, the White River, and abundant outdoor recreation. The city features a welcoming community, vibrant downtown, local shops, and cultural events.13 week assignment in a skilled nursing environment working with adult and geriatric patients providing Physical Therapy. Must have an Arkansas license for Physical Therapy before starting...allow 3-4 weeks. Free on-site parking
