Qualifications & Experience:

Valid California Occupational Therapist license (OTR/L)
Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to evidence-based interventions and individualized support plans

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ unique needs and develop targeted intervention plans
Provide direct therapy services to students with a variety of needs, including fine and gross motor, sensory integration, and self-care skills
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal student outcomes
Prepare detailed reports, maintain accurate case files, and participate in IEP meetings
Educate staff and families on strategies to support student success in both classroom and home environments

This role offers a competitive pay range of $55 - $65 per hour, reflecting your experience and the impact you’ll have on students’ lives.
