Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)Location: Santa Cruz, CAA reputable Skilled Nursing Facility in Santa Cruz is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our dedicated rehabilitation team.We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a friendly, positive, and professional environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plansProvide patient-centered therapeutic services to improve functional independenceMonitor and document patient progress accuratelyCollaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team membersMaintain a safe and supportive treatment environmentQualifications:Active California COTA license requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team-oriented settingCommitment to providing compassionate, high-quality careWhat We Offer:Supportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunities for professional growthCompetitive compensation

Required Qualifications
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Skilled
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OTA-CA
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

License and SNF experience are required

Preferred Qualifications
Skilled Nursing Experience
Active CA License
Travel Experience is Preferred
