Required Qualifications
Physical Therapist, Rehab
Licenses: PT-NY
Certifications: BLS
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Minimum of 1-2 years pediatric PT experience Required
Completion of a pediatric clinical affiliation
Masters Degree or Doctorate in PT
NYS licensure and registration certificate
* NPI Number
CPR Certification
Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds.
Perform tasks that may involve exposure to the residents blood/body fluids.
Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents, if necessary.
