This outpatient Physical Therapist position is based in North Charleston, South Carolina, a vibrant and growing community just minutes from historic downtown Charleston. The environment supports collaboration, open communication, and professional development, making it a strong resume builder for both early-career and experienced PTs.As a Physical Therapist in this setting, you will primarily manage an orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload, including post-operative patients, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and general mobility and balance impairments. Your typical day will include performing comprehensive evaluations, developing evidence-based treatment plans, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise, and educating patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies.Patient care is delivered in a modern, well-equipped outpatient clinic featuring updated treatment areas, therapeutic exercise equipment, and technology designed to support efficient, accurate documentation. You will work closely with other Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, and support staff, ensuring smooth clinic flow and a positive patient experience.
