Key Qualifications:
- Active occupational therapy license in Massachusetts
- Experience in K-12 educational settings preferred
- Proficiency with assessments and testing protocols
- Background in at least one of the following: school-based OT, home health OT, healthcare OT, or teletherapy OT
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, student-centered practice
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and testing for K-12 students on an as-needed, flexible schedule
- Complete accurate documentation and contribute to individualized education program (IEP) teams
- Interpret assessment results to help develop appropriate recommendations for educational planning
- Collaborate with educators and families to share assessment findings and answer questions
