How you’ll make an impact in this role
Support operational procedures of the property management and engineering teams. Ensure all aspects of the client’s property are managed effectively and efficiently.
- Prepare new tenant welcome and orientation packets and communications in collaboration with the property manager. Follow up with tenant requests.
- Submit invoices and prepares letter preparation for outgoing recoveries and reconciliations.
- Manage reporting and information request process to ensure timely submission from other departments. Prepare reports and presentations.
- Collect, aggregate, input, and export real estate data into various databases and assists in maintaining accurate data within the system of record.
- Ensure tenant and vendor contact information is accurate and complete within various databases.
- Manage relationships with real estate service providers, vendors, associates, brokers, attorneys, and consultants.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
- Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
What additional preferences we're seeking
- Healthcare strongly preferred.
