his outpatient physical therapist role is based in Acton, Massachusetts, a highly regarded suburban community northwest of Boston. Patients typically include individuals with orthopedic, post-operative, sports, and general musculoskeletal conditions. As a physical therapist, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and implement evidence-based interventions focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and helping patients achieve their personal goals. You will collaborate closely with a supportive team that may include other physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and rehabilitation aides.A typical day includes a steady caseload of scheduled patients, with time allocated for thorough documentation, communication with referring providers, and participation in team huddles or case discussions.
