Key Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology
Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Committed to fostering positive learning experiences for students of diverse backgrounds

Major Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students
Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students, individually or in group settings
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students' communication goals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
Serve as a resource to staff and parents regarding communication disorders and interventions
Contribute to ongoing program development and support a positive school climate
