This 13-week Physical Therapist opportunity is based in Wesley Chapel, Florida, a vibrant and rapidly growing community just north of Tampa. Wesley Chapel offers the best of suburban comfort with quick access to big-city amenities. The area is known for its beautiful master-planned neighborhoods, new schools, and convenient shopping and dining at destinations like Tampa Premium Outlets and The Grove. On your days off, you can enjoy nearby golf courses, resort-style pools, local breweries, and an easy drive to the Gulf Coasts famous white-sand beaches. The Tampa Bay region also provides access to professional sports, world-class aquariums and museums, festivals, and a lively arts and restaurant scene.The position is a full-time outpatient role with a 5x8 day shift schedule, averaging 40 hours per week. You will work with a varied caseload that includes geriatric patients, active adults, athletes, post-operative patients, and individuals with vestibular or balance disorders. This mix offers an excellent opportunity to expand and refine your clinical skills, while tailoring treatment plans to a broad spectrum of functional goals and lifestyles.In this outpatient setting, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, establish individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based interventions focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and helping patients safely return to their daily activities and recreational or athletic pursuits. A typical day may include conducting initial evaluations, providing manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and balance and vestibular training, as well as patient and family education. You will be expected to document thoroughly and efficiently in an EMR system and to collaborate closely with therapists, support staff, and referring providers.The environment is designed to be supportive and professionally rewarding, with a collaborative team approach and opportunities to work alongside clinicians who value high-quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
