Electronic medical records systems streamline scheduling and documentation, allowing clinicians to focus on direct patient care.In this position, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain, and spine-related issues. Daily responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercise programs, and providing education on injury prevention and home exercises. You will communicate regularly with referring providers and other members of the healthcare team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.A typical day may include a balanced mix of new evaluations and follow-up visits across a broad age range, from young adults to older adults. Caseloads are structured to promote productivity while supporting thorough, high-quality treatment. You will utilize clinical outcome measures and functional assessments to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans. Shifts are generally daytime hours on weekdays, with schedules tailored to meet patient needs and promote clinician work-life balance when possible.This role offers meaningful professional development in outpatient orthopedics within a thriving metropolitan area.
