This full-time, contract-to-hire opportunity is ideal for both Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) who are passionate about working one-on-one with young learners. Key Qualifications & Experience:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD is highly valued
Strong skills in delivering individualized behavior intervention plans in a school setting
Ability to maintain detailed data collection and progress monitoring
Enthusiasm for engaging directly with 1st grade students on a one-on-one basis
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor individualized behavioral intervention strategies for assigned students
Address behavioral, social, and communication needs with evidence-based practices
Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed, under the supervision and guidance of administration
Engage in meaningful collaboration with teachers, therapists, and school leadership
Offer reliable support throughout the school day, promoting positive learning outcomes
Create a supportive, structured, and inclusive environment tailored to the needs of each student
