Key Qualifications:

Active OT license required for the state of Texas
Previous experience as an Occupational Therapist in a school-based setting preferred
Strong understanding of IEP processes and related documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive needs within the school environment

Maintain consistent and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student performance
Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student growth
Adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes for each child
Promote a positive, inclusive school culture supportive of all learners
