Qualifications:

Hold current Indiana SLP licensure
Experience in school-based speech-language therapy preferred
Strong understanding of both special education (SI) and general education caseloads
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to organize and manage a diverse caseload effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students within SI and general education programs
Evaluate and identify communication disorders utilizing appropriate assessment tools
Develop individualized intervention plans and set measurable goals in collaboration with teaching staff and parents
Document student progress and maintain thorough records to ensure compliance with school, state, and federal guidelines
Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations as needed
Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational professionals to maximize student learning and participation
