Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license
Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations
Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Adaptability and creativity in therapeutic approaches

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students’ occupational therapy needs
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
Deliver direct and consultative OT services within the school setting
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
Track progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with district requirements
Provide resources, training, and support to teachers and families to enhance students’ learning environments
