What You'll Do
As a Remote Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs and IEP goals
Provide engaging virtual therapy services for students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and pragmatic communication disorders
Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans based on outcomes
Complete evaluation reports, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Consult with teachers, families, and school staff to develop strategies that support student communication and classroom success
Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education regulations
Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital resources to deliver effective, student-centered services
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain Connecticut licensure
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school teams
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office
Preferred Qualifications
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Previous school-based experience
Experience providing virtual or teletherapy services
Knowledge of IEP development and special education compliance
Experience serving students across a variety of communication disorders
