Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatric - (RRT - Peds - Pedi)
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 12 N Pay Rate: $1820.00 - $1876.00

Travel NICU/PEDS Registered Respiratory Therapist jobs in Florida offer you the chance to provide specialized respiratory care for newborns and pediatric patients in a vibrant, sunny state. In this role, you evaluate and monitor respiratory needs, administer oxygen therapy, operate and adjust mechanical ventilators, and collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement care plans. You may also perform intubation or extubation, conduct pulmonary function tests, educate families, and ensure all respiratory equipment is functioning properly. Documenting patient progress and staying current with neonatal and pediatric respiratory therapy trends are key parts of the job.Recommended qualifications include completion of a formal neonatal respiratory therapy course, RRT credential, and experience in NICU or pediatric settings.
