This outpatient Physical Therapist opportunity is based in the Folsom, Pennsylvania area, a friendly community in Delaware County with a welcoming suburban feel and easy access to the broader Philadelphia region. The environment is traveler- and new-grad-friendly, with structure and mentorship that supports growth while still allowing autonomy in clinical practice.In this role, you will manage an outpatient caseload that may include orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, spine, and general musculoskeletal conditions across a mix of ages. Typical responsibilities include performing comprehensive evaluations, establishing and progressing individualized plans of care, providing manual therapy and therapeutic exercise interventions, delivering patient and family education, and coordinating care with referring providers and other health professionals. You will also be responsible for accurate and timely EMR documentation and participation in clinic meetings, quality initiatives, and case conferences as needed.A typical day includes scheduled one-on-one and small-group treatment sessions, collaboration with physical therapist assistants and support staff, and communication with physicians and case managers to ensure continuity of care. Patient volumes and visit lengths are structured to support both high-quality care and efficient workflow. Clinic hours are generally daytime with some evening coverage to accommodate patient schedules; exact shift patterns may vary by site and patient demand.The clinic features modern treatment areas, therapeutic equipment, and a layout designed to support functional rehabilitation and sports performance.
