Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is working with a school district in Leonardtown, Maryland to hire Physical Therapists. For more than 40 years, we've specialized in helping healthcare professionals find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals. School-Based Physical Therapist Contract Details:

$43.55 - $46.90 per hour
42-week contracts
$3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
Develop and implement educational and therapy programs based on evaluation results
Evaluates students to identify needs and determine eligibility for therapy services
Collect therapy data, maintain accurate student records, and monitor progress toward student goals
Work collaboratively and communicate with school interdisciplinary team and student guardians
May be asked to travel between school locations
May be asked to supervise assistants

Maryland Physical Therapist License
American Heart Associaton BLS
Prior experience with pediatrics or in a school setting is preferred but not required
