Services:
EKG and pulmonary-function testing
Concussion management
Diabetes education
Healthy lifestyle education
HIV PrEP
Immunizations
Joint and soft-tissue injections
Management of acute and chronic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes
Medication Therapy for Opioid Use Disorder
Nutrition counseling
Physicals
Preventative care
Screening tests
Sports medicine including nonsurgical orthopedic procedures
Well-child visits
Women's health
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Job Qualifications:
Medical School Graduate (MD/DO)
Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
NC State License preferred

REASONING ABILITY
High-level quantitative and qualitative reasoning skills are essential in order to diagnose medical and clinical issues presented by patients.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board-certified in Internal Medicine.
