Benefits

Hourly pay range: $21-$26
Set your own schedule by choosing your own shifts
Pick from a variety of shift types (weekday, weekends, day/night/overnight)
Correct directly with the facilities of your choice in our partner network

Job Responsibilities

Providing nursing assistant care to residents in post-acute facilities
Following and adhering to resident care plans
Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
Monitoring and recording blood pressure and other vital signs
Offering companionship and a compassionate presence to residents in need
Moving and repositioning residents in beds and wheelchairs as needed
Observing resident conditions throughout your shift and reporting any changes or concerns
Acting as a liaison between medical staff, residents, and visitors
Helping to serve and feed meals to residents as needed
Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment by cleaning surfaces, changing linens, and tidying residents' rooms

Qualifications and Skills

Applicable CNA certification
Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
Strong observational skills and a high level of attention to details
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
