What You’ll Do

Support clinical interventions for patients with cognitive and physical functioning challenges
Assist in administering treatments including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, and use of assistive devices
Evaluate patient progress and communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist for plan adjustments
Document all services and patient responses in electronic health records accurately and timely
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and training sessions
Support and supervise students under the guidance of the supervising OT
Adhere to all professional standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements

What You Need

Valid State License or Registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
1+ years of relevant experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Basic proficiency with electronic documentation systems
Commitment to professional ethics and patient-centered care
