I'm hiring for a Physical Therapist in Florida! There is potential for sign-on bonus and/or relocation assistance. New Grads Welcome.

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and the patient care team; completes patient assessments and participates in developing and implementing individualized care plans focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience; and provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout the continuum of care.

Location: Near Pace, FL
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days with rotating weekends
Requirements: College degree; FL PT license; prior experience
Pay: $39-$54/hr
Benefits: 401k; health, dental, and life insurance; PTO, etc.
