Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - Quincy, FL Travel Physical Therapist Assistant jobs in Quincy, FL offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing facility. You will assist in implementing personalized treatment plans developed by physical therapists, provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patient function and mobility, and monitor patient progress. You will report changes to the supervising physical therapist, educate patients and families on exercise techniques and safety measures, and maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress. Quincy, FL is known for its historic downtown, local art scene, and access to outdoor recreation. Recommended qualifications include completion of an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license. Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is preferred.
