This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on delivering high-quality orthopedic and vestibular care.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and vestibular conditionsManage a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week, with an average caseload of 1214 patients per dayProvide follow-up care, including double-booked visits for maximum efficiencyMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomesQualifications:Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland (or willing to obtain)Outpatient experience preferredNew graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to applyMust commit to full duration of assignmentStrong communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skillsAdditional Details:No weekend, on-call, or holiday coverage requiredNo floating to other clinicsOvertime (OT) must be pre-approved by the clinic directorOT rates apply after 24 daily or 40 weekly hours (based on multiplier)Start your travel therapy journey in beautiful Aberdeen, Marylandjust a short drive from Chesapeake Bay and full of small-town charm with access to nearby cities.
