Required Skills: - Valid physical therapy license in good standing
- Proven clinical experience with pediatric populations and outpatient therapy
- Strong knowledge of various diagnoses and treatment modalities
- Excellent patient assessment and individualized treatment planning skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience in acute care and swing bed programs
- Certification in specialty areas (e.g., Pediatric Physical Therapy, Orthopedics)
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Education and Experience: - Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Pediatric treatment experience essential
- No new graduates considered
Other Requirements:-Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Willingness to treat a wide age range and diverse diagnoses
- Must possess current licensure and certifications
- Travel and related reimbursements when applicable
