Overview:As a valued member of our Physical Therapy department, you will deliver high-quality rehabilitative services primarily in outpatient settings, with some responsibilities involving Swingbed and inpatient care. You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, in a facility known for its expanding and vibrant physical therapy program. No on-call duties are required, allowing you to maintain a balanced work-life schedule. Your expertise will help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and achieve their health goals in a supportive and progressive environment.
Required Skills: - Valid State Physical Therapy License or eligible for licensure
- Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy, with strong assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience working with student athletes or in sports rehabilitation
- Familiarity with Swingbed and inpatient care settings
- Bilingual abilities to serve a diverse patient population
- Knowledge of the latest physical therapy techniques and technologies
Preferred Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
- Prior experience in outpatient settings preferred
Other Requirements: - Valid licensure, certification required to practice in the state
- Ability to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule
- Willingness to comply with facility policies and procedures
- Travel or additional reimbursements applicable as per protocol
