Required Skills: - Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license and current ASHA certification
- Proven experience in delivering speech and language therapy, preferably in a home health or clinical setting

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and documentation standards

- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote consultation tools
- Additional certifications in speech therapy specialties or related fields
Preferred Education and Experience: - Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- At least two years of clinical work experience, ideally within home health environments
- Prior experience working with diverse patient demographics in outpatient or home-based settings
Other Requirements: - Ability to work days during normal business hours in a home health setting
- Willingness to travel to patients’ homes within the designated service area; residing outside a 50-mile radius of the Pittsfield, MA facility is preferred
- Submission of two specific interview availability times
- Capability to follow all applicable state, federal, and local laws regarding paid sick time and licensure
