What You’ll Bring to the Role:

Proven ability to support clinical interventions through evidence-based practices
Skilled in administering rehabilitative procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive devices
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with supervising Occupational Therapists, patients, families, and care providers
Detail-oriented documentation skills compliant with regulatory and clinical standards
Ability to assess patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly
Commitment to ethical practice aligned with NBCOT / AOTA guidelines and state regulations

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience supervising or mentoring students or new staff
Familiarity with electronic health record systems
Knowledge of DME procurement and supply management

Preferred Education and Experience:

Active State Licensure/Registration as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is preferred but not mandatory

Additional Requirements:

Must be able to work daytime hours as scheduled
Willingness to participate in training, meetings, and continuing education
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $38.86, with weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program.
