Physical Therapist Assistant - Skilled - (PTA)
StartDate: 12/15/2025 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1504.00 - $1564.00

Shifts may vary, and the role demands flexibility to meet the dynamic needs of patient care.Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant programActive state PTA license (or ability to obtain)BLSAbility to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Licenses: PTA-CT
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
References: 1 Reference in entire work historyLicense and SNF experience are required.

Travel experience is preferred
