StartDate: 8/10/2026 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $3261.60 - $3573.88

Travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) job in Arroyo Grande, CA schools offers a long-term opportunity starting August 10, 2026, and ending June 4, 2027. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, providing in-person speech and language services to students in self-contained classrooms across 1-2 sites, typically one site per day. Caseload size and severity will vary by location, and you will only be paid for hours worked, with no pay for school holidays or closings. Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School
Licenses: SLP-CA
Certifications: ASHA-American Speech Language Hearing Association

Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
State SLP License in State of Residence
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)

Preferred Qualifications
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
