Daily responsibilities include performing complex procedures such as mechanical ventilation and continuous positive airway pressure therapy, managing patient care plans, and working closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver personalized care.Shift rotations include day, evening, and night shifts to ensure comprehensive patient coverage.
