Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $38.95/hr
- Step-based salary increase program, with potential to reach $51.41/hr based on experience.
- Annual step increases with opportunities for growth over time.

Qualifications:
- Qualifications: Master's Degree or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current, valid Wyoming Physical Therapy license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) credential required within 60 days of hire.
- Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient clinic setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to obtain Wyoming PT license before starting the role (if applicable).
- Skills & Abilities: Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Exceptional problem-solving and patient care skills.
- Knowledge of privacy and confidentiality practices.
