Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Kingman, AZ. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical function and needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and rehabilitation objectives.
- Implement and modify treatment plans to address patient progress and response to therapy.
- Provide hands-on therapy, using techniques such as manual therapy, exercise, and modalities to aid in patient recovery.
- Educate patients on exercises, posture correction, and injury prevention.
- Monitor and document patient progress using the Meditech EMR system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care and address interdisciplinary needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing encouragement and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Stay current with continuing education to maintain and enhance physical therapy knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- New graduates are welcome to apply – mentorship and training will be provided.
- Experience with Meditech EMR system is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for patient care and rehabilitation with a desire to make a positive impact in the community.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
