Minimum Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
Active Arizona license or eligible to obtain
DEA with prescriptive authority
Experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Employment Status: Full-Time
Practice Composition: 3-physician General Surgery practice with dedicated Medical Assistant support
Facility Type: Critical Access Hospital
Practice Scope: Full spectrum General Surgery practice
Required Skills: Endoscopy skillset required
Annual Surgical Volumes:
-Approximately 150 general surgery cases
-Approximately 350 endoscopy cases (mainly lower endoscopy/colonoscopies)
Call Schedule: 10 days per month required
