Position Highlights:- Newborn nursery coverage with seamless support from our experienced Pediatrix neonatologists
- Three Pediatric Hospitalist team model fostering collaboration and work-life balance
- ?Round-and-go? schedule with home call:
- 10x shifts per month
- Circumcisions performed by hospitalists
- Pediatric consultations for the ED?providing timely evaluations, treatment plans, and support to the emergency team
- Collaborative environment with neonatologists and hospital staff to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care
- Engagement in CQI initiatives and clinical research to advance quality outcomes and innovation
- Access to a vast national network of over 400 NICUs and thousands of providers across the Pediatrix system?sharing knowledge, support, and best practices
